What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful technique that uses conscious, rhythmic breathing to shift and optimize your emotional, mental, and physical state. It helps regulate the nervous system, release tension, and increase clarity—often in just one session.

I’ve never done breathwork before—can I still join?

Absolutely. This session is designed for beginners. You’ll be guided step-by-step and supported the entire way through.

Many participants experience a profound shift during their very first session.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to breathe freely and lie down with ease. Think yoga clothes, sweatpants, or anything loose-fitting.

Should I eat before the session?

We recommend participants avoid meals 2-3 hours prior for optimal experience—you’ll be lying down and breathing deeply for an extended period of time.

What do I need to prepare?

To get the most out of this experience, we recommend:

- A stable Wi-Fi connection

- A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed

- A yoga mat, blanket, or comfortable surface to lie down on

- Headphones (for full sound immersion)

- A few pillows to support your body

- Eye mask or something to cover your eyes (optional)

- Glass of water nearby

- A journal for post-session reflections

Is there a minimum age to attend?

This session is designed for adults and mature teens (age 16+).

If you’d like to share this with a younger participant, please contact us directly first.

Will the session be recorded?

Yes, the session will be recorded for internal use only (quality review, training, and process improvement).

No participant cameras or personal audio/video will be shown or shared. Your privacy is fully respected.

A replay will not be distributed publicly or sent to attendees.

I missed a previous event. Can I transfer my ticket to the next one?

Because seats are very limited, all sales are final and tickets can’t be transferred nor refunded. Thanks so much for understanding—we hope to breathe with you soon!

I only speak Spanish—can I still attend?

Absolutely. JJ leads the session in English, but when Spanish-speaking participants are present, he facilitates in Spanglish to make sure everyone feels included and supported.

You don’t need to speak perfect English to benefit from the session—many participants have a powerful experience regardless of language fluency.
